My apologies... I should really stop just thinking Reddit is full of guys

Hey, it's only 2013, take your time.

It's not your fault. In fact it's not a 'fault' at all. In English, since we have no gender-inspecific pronouns, it's conventional to use masculine pronouns to refer to people of unknown gender. Women should take the address as respectful of them as members of mankind rather than as something disrespectful due to not acknowledging their gender. Especially considering gender is irrelevant to the subject at hand.

You think English is bad for that?

I wan to see your face when you meet a romance language.

Confirmed male.

[–]WeaponsGradeHumanity -1 points0 points ago

Once again, gender is irrelevant. Don't turn a linguistic issue into a gender one.

Easy to say when it's not your gender that is consistently forgotten, ignored, or slighted.

[–]WeaponsGradeHumanity 0 points1 point ago

This isn't about you. Everyone feels forgotten, ignored or slighted sometimes. Acting like a victim does nothing to solve the problem.

Can you tell me a story?
